Attorney Michael Maggiano Takes Part in Legacy Trucking Safety Program
Senior Partner Michael Maggiano dedicates a substantial portion of his practice to representing the victims of truck accidents. This involves an ongoing commitment to education and training in multiple facets of the trucking industry, including public safety, Federal Motor Carrier regulations, and the safety requirements imposed on big rig drivers and trucking companies.
Mr. Maggiano recently participated in a program in Billings, Montana, where truck drivers, mechanics, accident reconstructionists, and other members of the trucking industry presented a weeklong, hands-on course in trucking safety to members of the Academy of Truck Accidents (of which Mr. Maggiano is a member). Sponsored by the Academy and hosted by The Legacy Corporation, the week involved reaching out to the trucking industry in the spirit of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Act to work together to promote safety to the motoring public.
