Firm Members Present at Masters of Advocacy Boardwalk Seminar

Michael Maggiano and Vincent Maggiano, nationally known experts in the use of demonstrative evidence, presented to hundreds of lawyers and judges at the annual Boardwalk Seminar in Atlantic City, New Jersey. Their topic, “What Makes Insurance Companies Listen — Demonstrative Evidence,” received universal recognition as an outstanding presentation on the neuropsychology of visual communication and visual storytelling, which consistently captures the attention of the insurance company and the jury at trial.

Additionally, their presentation was featured last month on a national webinar for the Melvin Belli Society, an invitation-only society of lawyers and barristers from the U.S.A., Canada, Great Britain, and France. Mr. Maggiano is a past president of this society and a recipient of the coveted Mel Award for his contributions to the advancement of trial advocacy through the use of demonstrative evidence. 

The program is designed to present cutting edge concepts in advocacy. The program was created by MDL founding member Michael Maggiano and Co-Chaired by Mr. Maggiano annually.⠀
